The Laconic Mirth

Today I become a baby girl,
I’m struggle to walk slowly,
Even though I keep stumble,
I will stand and continue doing my thing.

Today I become a teenager girl,
Thousand of ignorant things that I’ve done,
I don’t care what others tittle-tattle behind me,
Because I’m happy being in my own humanity.

Today I become an adult,
I see the world beyond my eyes could see,
I choose everything for my own good sake,
That is why I’m still standing beside you.

Today I become someone’s girlfriend,
I pour everything that I have to him,
It’s not because I’m terrified of him,
But he should be given the unsurpassed turnout.

Today I become accountable to him,
My day is to make him in high spirits,
I won’t ever let him down,
Because I know the hurt and the wound.

No matter what happens,
I’ll be ready in every single thing with you,
You are my partner,
You are my lover,
You are my other-half,
You are my very best friend,
